In this role, you will be responsible for defining general approach to solving technical maintenance and daily operations of all HVAC equipment and the physical plant systems including associated equipment while providing technical input and evaluation including analyzing data and costs which includes but is not limited to the boilers, chillers, cooling tower, generators, water softeners, rooftop air conditioners, glycol systems, pneumatic compressors, pumps, air handlers, fire pumps, associated motors and related equipment. Successfully demonstrate knowledge of repairing Pneumatic compressors system and troubleshooting/repairing: refrigeration/controls equipment, pump & associated motor and controls operation, door/security locks, and plumbing piping/ pipefitting.
