General Description: Under direction, manages and oversees facilities operations for the Hamilton County Engineer's Office, including planning and directing building operations, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, managing vendor and contract services, supporting facility and space planning activities, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and established policies and procedures, and maintaining operational records. Serves as the facilities system owner/administrator for facility security and access systems within assigned scope, including defining operational requirements, coordinating vendor/contractor service delivery, managing operational documentation and controls, triaging issues, and ensuring timely resolution and escalation consistent with established policies, procedures, and approvals.
