Provide leadership and strategic direction for Facility Management Department including oversight of all facilities related team members, projects and processes; budgetary development, monitoring and reporting; project management; system and vendor management. Develop and coordinate plans for preventive maintenance, repair, replacement of equipment and systems including, but not limited to, HVAC, signage, plumbing, lighting/electrical, structural, roofing.
