Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a step-down or intermediate care environment; familiarity with critical care monitoring and titration of drips such as Amiodarone and Heparin; ability to read and interpret electrocardiogram strips and use tele monitoring equipment. The unit manages patients with diagnoses including chest pain, arrhythmias, and post-procedure status, with support from in-house hospitalist, intensivist, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and IV teams available 24/7.
