Diagnose problems and perform general repair and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, mechanics, plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall repair, finish work, general cleaning, appliance. The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the daily operations at Beach Ford by performing general facility maintenance, repairs, and other duties as assigned by management.
