Minimum/Preferred Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED Certificate and completion of a technical program 3 years minimum experience in general maintenance of buildings Experience in general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electronic systems, preventive maintenance and mechanical equipment relating to building trades Emphasis on HVAC troubleshooting and repairs Knowledge and use of equipment needed for the repair maintenance and operations of buildings and grounds Knowledge of a variety of skills needed to complete daily building maintenance, equipment repairs and special projects Valid driver's license. This report contains information regarding campus safety and security including topics such as: • campus law enforcement authority • crime reporting policies • campus alerts (Timely Warnings and Emergency Notifications) • programs to prevent dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking • the procedures the Institute will follow when one of these crimes is reported • and other matters of importance related to security on campus.
