The Facilities Manager partners closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Retail, Distribution, Security, and outside service providers to ensure Stickley facilities support productive operations, protect associates and visitors, preserve company assets, and reflect the quality and heritage of the Stickley brand. Primary Major Areas of ResponsibilityFacilities Operations and Maintenance: Oversee daily facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, work orders, and service requests across assigned Stickley locations, with priority on safe and uninterrupted manufacturing, distribution, office, showroom, and visitor operations.
