Facilities Assistant II EC The Salvation Army USAFacilities Assistant II ECEast Cleveland, OHESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As directed by the Director of Operations: General maintenance of all Salvation Army property including parking lot areas; General facility upkeep includes cleaning every area (offices, classrooms, bathrooms, etc.) of the building including interior and exterior of facility - regular floor care (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpet, stripping & waxing) required. Small repairs and troubleshoot all mechanical systems; (Minor repairs include ceiling tile changing, stopping of leaks wherever required, equipment assembly & repair, etc.).
