Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience leading maintenance, facilities, tooling, construction, or technical project teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment; OR at least 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree. This role serves as the primary project manager for construction and facility improvement initiatives, coordinates outside contractors and vendors, and ensures that plant infrastructure, production equipment, tooling, and support systems reliably meet business needs.
