Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field, plus three years of relevant leadership experience; or five years of facilities, maintenance, construction, or mechanical operations management experience. This position oversees facilities staff, contractors, preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, budgets, equipment maintenance, and snow removal operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained campus.
