JOB SUMMARY: Responds to request for repairs, modifications, adjustments/calibrations, replacements and installations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance/service inspections, testing, and other similar specialized tasks as they relate to a variety of plumbing systems and equipment utilizing water, steam, natural gas, compressed air, hydraulics, electricity, refrigerants, chemicals, and gasoline /diesel fuels. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Duties require frequent physical effort such as walking, bending, standing, stooping, crouching, crawling, working in restricted and/or confined spaces with low lighting and extreme temperature ranges, climbing, balancing on ladders and scaffolding, and frequent to continuous lifting and carrying heavy objects over 50 pounds.
