This project will provide the Customer's Headquarters facilities and outlying buildings with services necessary to ensure optimal performance and utilization of the facility infrastructure, including, but not limited to, Operation & Maintenance (O&M), recapitalization, renovations, design, construction, records management, repairs to correct identified deficiencies or adverse impacts to operational capabilities, and improvements leveraging innovative and technological solutions. In the role of Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager, your duties will include: Direct the facilities' Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and repairs to include predictive and preventive maintenance including but not limited to: general maintenance of buildings/structures, ground services, engineering, central plant, fire protection/life safety, security, O&M, ground services, construction renovations, and custodial.
