In addition, this role focuses on performing the following General Facilities, Repair & Maintenance duties: Operates , monitors and maintains , troubleshoots, repairs and replaces facilities mechanical components and systems such as electrical equipment, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and plumbing . Performs preventative maintenance and light repairs in assigned areas such as removing, installing , lubrication, cleaning, washing, polishing, and minor adjustments for Carpentry, Painting, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing Departments.
