In addition, this role focuses on performing the following General Facilities, Repair & Maintenance duties: Operates, monitors and maintains, troubleshoots, repairs and replaces facilities mechanical components and systems such as electrical equipment, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and plumbing. 9.Performs preventative maintenance and light repairs in assigned areas such as removing, installing, lubrication, cleaning, washing, polishing, and minor adjustments for Carpentry, Painting, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing Departments.
