This working supervisor role is hands-on, with a focus on HVAC and electrical systems along with general building maintenance, while also directing a maintenance technician and custodial staff to keep the facility clean, safe, comfortable, and running reliably in support of production. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment such as rooftop units, make-up air units, exhaust fans, unit heaters, and building controls, including refrigerant, airflow, and control issues.
