This role will support one or more of the following clinic locations West 7th District in Fort Worth, Addison Prestonwood Place in Dallas, Mockingbird Station in Dallas, Preston Center in Dallas, and Shops at Legacy in Plano. Our seamless in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses and mental health concerns have been delighting people for the past fifteen years.
