Assist as needed with other Farmstead and Larder production-related projects and duties, including daily tours and shift coverage, Creamery production and packaging, Butcher Shop production and packaging, and milking shifts. The Preservation Kitchen Assistant will assist in the production of all Farmstead products, including, but not limited to, record keeping, inventory, and packaging of goods, and helping maintain the cleanliness of the Larder building and equipment.
