The Federal Contract Closeout Administrator is responsible for verifying final invoices, confirming completion of required deliverables, reconciling financial records, coordinating funding de-obligations and partnering with Program Management, Finance, Subcontracts, Legal, Government Property and federal Contracting Officers to achieve timely, audit-ready contract closeout. The Federal Contract Closeout Administrator supports the end-to-end closeout of federal contracts and subcontracts, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, specifically FAR 4.804 (closeout of contract files), FAR 42.708 (quick-closeout) and FAR 45.6 (property) as well as internal GDIT procedures.
