We believe people should love what they do - in this role, you will: Responsibilities + Responsible for design, development, and execution of tests for products (hardware, software, systems) to ensure quality, functionality, and reliability, creating test plans, writing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams for fixes, ultimately ensuring products meet specifications and user needs before launch + Test Planning & Design: Understand requirements, define scope, objectives, and resources, then create detailed test plans, strategies, and procedures + Test Case Development: Write specific test cases and scripts for various tests (functional, performance, security, etc.). + A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) + Ability to travel up to 25% + Active Secret Clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required How We Care At Textron Systems, our talented people make us successful.
