Serves as the enterprise technical authority for measurement systems, including custody transfer metering, flow measurement, gas chromatography and analytical systems, flow computers, metrology programs, gas quality measurement, measurement data management, and supporting automation technologies. Ensures effective technical support, training, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including Field Operations, Commercial, Gas Operations, Engineering Design, Project Management, Legal, Finance, Information Technology, and other Measurement organizations.
