The ideal candidate has spent time around mechanics, welders, technicians, truck drivers, or heavy equipment operations and can confidently discuss repairs, maintenance procedures, shop hazards, and safe work practices with experienced craftspeople. Primary Job Responsibility Partner with Equipment Division leadership and the corporate safety team to develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs that protect employees, equipment, and the environment while supporting efficient maintenance and fleet operations.
