Accounting & Compliance: Oversee accounting operations, including monthly close, reconciliations, payroll, oversight of externally managed investment portfolio, functional expense allocations, SAFE agreements, fiscal sponsorship program, audit management, Form 990, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Finance Team, Systems & Partnerships: Lead and support the finance team; strengthen financial systems, policies, workflows, controls, and documentation; and manage key external relationships including banking, audit, tax, investment advisors, and other finance partners.
