p/>Key responsibilities include: (i) assisting the deal team in the due diligence process for new cash flow transactions, inclusive of both financial and qualitative due diligence, (ii) preparing pre-screen memos and credit approval documents for presentation to credit committee, (iii) preparing financial models, (iv) assisting in the closing process on new transactions, and (v) management and ongoing monitoring of portfolio accounts. Throughout this process, the Analyst will have the opportunity to interact with multiple stakeholders including senior origination officers, deal underwriters, senior credit officers, capital markets professionals, private equity sponsors, company management, as well as legal counsel and operations personnel.
