As part of the Des Moines collaborative team, you'll gain broad, hands-on exposure across the full lifecycle of municipal finance transactions, including long-term capital planning, initial and periodic update to bond sizing, cash flow modeling, debt profile and rating strategy analysis, and transaction execution, working with peers and senior bankers, including directly with clients. We are especially interested in candidates with exceptional technical excellence and the ability to build rapport within the team and with our clients quickly; candidates that can, communicate persuasively, read a room, and turn client interactions into trust and opportunity, and finally, candidates interested in using new technology to more efficiently and effectively serve clients.
