Finance & Capital Structuring: You have led or played a senior role on sophisticated financing transactions, including project financings, structured debt arrangements, acquisition financings, credit facilities, or other capital markets and infrastructure-related transactions, and are fluent in covenant packages, intercreditor issues, and collateral structures. In this high-impact role, you will lead the legal structuring, negotiation, and execution of joint ventures, strategic partnerships, minority investments, and sophisticated financing transactions — including project financings, structured debt arrangements, and acquisition financings — that are central to the company's long-term growth strategy.
