This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, improve financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives.</p><div style="text-align:center"></div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0.25in"><strong>Financial Planning & Forecasting</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts, including P&L, B/S and Cash Flow Statements.</li><li>Identify key business drivers and provide variance analysis against budget and prior periods.</li><li>Develop and refine financial models to support scenario planning and long-range strategic planning.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0.25in"><strong>Reporting & Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare executive-level reporting packages with clear insights, trends, and recommendations.</li><li>Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas.</li><li>Support month-end close by validating results, investigating anomalies, and ensuring accuracy of financial reporting.</li></ul><p style="margin-left:0.25in"><strong>Business Partnering</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, HR, etc.) to understand business performance and provide financial guidance.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to business leader by translating data into actionable insights.</li><li>Support strategic initiatives, including pricing analysis, cost optimization, and investment evaluations.</li></ul><p><strong>Process Improvement & Tools</strong></p><ul><li>Enhance FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and forecasting methodologies.</li><li>Drive automation and efficiency improvements in FP&A reporting tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop, maintain and improve financial dashboards and KPI tracking</li><li>Ensure data integrity across financial systems and report outputs</li></ul><div style="text-align:center"></div><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>BA in Finance, Accounting or Economics. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple entities, supports audits and budgeting, strengthens internal controls, and contributes to process improvements. The Senior Accountant also mentors junior team members, collaborates closely with leadership and cross-functional teams and performs other duties as assigned.</p><div> </div><div> </div>

Responsibilities:
<p><strong>Essential Function</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of Meditech modules and other applications used in Finance (Kronos/UKG, Athena, BCA Analytics)</li><li>Perform detailed analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts to verify accuracy and completeness</li><li>Ensure revenue and expenses are recorded in the appropriate accounting period and provide variance explanations</li><li>Review General Ledger compiled reports for accuracy prior to distribution to internal stakeholders</li><li>Reconcile General Ledger accounts as assigned on a periodic basis</li><li>Reconcile operating cash accounts and coordinate with other staff to resolve discrepancies</li><li>Review financial accounts across all entities to ensure accuracy of balances and totals.</li><li>Initiate process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow</li><li>Contribute to the development and documentation of internal controls</li><li>Review journal entries and work completed by Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness</li><li>Mentor and develop junior staff through training, guidance</li><li>Provide cross-coverage for other accounting roles as needed</li><li>Adapt to changing priorities and allocate resources appropriately to meet deadlines</li><li>Keep the Director of Finance informed of task status, significant issues, and unusual or recurring problem</li><li>Prepare flux analysis and period comparison reports as assigned for internal and external customers</li><li>Coordinate financial responsibilities with other Finance staff to ensure timely completion of audit schedules</li><li>Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring deadlines and documentation requirements are met</li></ul><p><strong>Statement of Other Duties</strong></p><p>This document describes the major duties and responsibilities for this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions. Qualifications:
