Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, business or related field6+ yrs in a Finance or Accounting Role, preferably 2+ in manufacturing environment6+ yrs experience in Financial Reporting/Analysis/Management4+ yrs Management or leadership roleComfortable in a high speed, dynamic manufacturing environmentExperience building financial acumen across diverse teamsProficient with Financial systems, data visualization tools including Power BI, and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience partnering with business leaders multiple plant departments (Quality, Safety, Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Site Leadership) and being comfortable in a production plant setting are key to success in this roleThis role requires on-site presence at a minimum 5 days a week.
