The Accounts Receivable Manager partners closely with Property Accounting leadership, Property Accountants, Property Managers, clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders to support accurate tenant receivable records, timely reporting, effective collections visibility, and successful resolution of complex billing, payment, and account issues. This position plays a key leadership role in building and maintaining a reliable, scalable, and service-oriented Accounts Receivable function by balancing operational oversight, people leadership, process ownership, stakeholder communication, and proactive issue resolution.
