<div style="text-align:justify"><strong> Experience Required:</strong></div><ul><li style="text-align:justify"> 7+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Technology.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial domain.</li></ul><div style="text-align:justify"><strong> Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li style="text-align:justify"> Analyze and document business requirements for Finance GL (General Ledger) processes.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Write clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Create JIRA stories, test scripts, and perform extensive functional testing.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Utilize SQL queries for data analysis and validation.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Support Finance GL implementations, preferably with SAP.</li></ul><div style="text-align:justify"><strong> Must-Have Skills:</strong></div><ul><li style="text-align:justify"> Strong experience in Finance GL, preferably with SAP.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Proficiency in writing BRDs, JIRA stories, and test scripts.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Hands-on experience with SQL queries and functional specification writing.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><div style="text-align:justify"><strong> Preferred Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li style="text-align:justify"> Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.</li></ul>

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Fiscal Officer, and Treasurer of the College, the Executive Director of Budget & Finance is responsible for providing emotionally‑intelligent, inclusive, strengths‑based leadership to inspire and support faculty and staff in maximizing resources and identifying solutions that advance the mission of the College and the communities it serves.</p><p>The CFO serves as the College's senior financial strategist and fiduciary leader, responsible for oversight and stewardship of all College funds, reserves, investments, and financial assets.
