The goal of this unique program is to internally develop the future financial leaders of Waters through a comprehensive rotational program that will prepare the participant for a Finance assignment outside of the U.S. This program is a full-time position in Milford, Massachusetts, starting in June 2027, which consists of a 2-year rotation within various functions of the Global Finance and Accounting organization. We collaborate with customers around the world to advance the release of effective, high-quality medicines, ensure the safety of food and water, and drive better patient outcomes by detecting diseases earlier, managing routine infections, and combating antibiotic resistance.
