This role will be responsible for providing advanced legal and procedural support to attorneys on complex private equity finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, fund finance, and other borrower-side financing transactions, while coordinating transaction logistics from inception through closing, including maintaining transaction checklists, execution processes, closing logistics, and post-closing deliverables. Exhibit advanced organizational and time management skills, including the ability to independently coordinate complex workflows, manage and prioritize multiple assignments across matters, anticipate timing needs, proactively adjust workload, and make effective prioritization decisions in a deadline-driven environment.
