What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance Systems, ERP implementation or Finance Transformation roles, with at least 4+ years in a formal people management role Strong understanding of ERP lifecycle management, including SIT/UAT governance, release management, and cutover planning Experience partnering with Finance leadership (Controller, CAO, FP&A) in a controlled financial environment Proven people management experience with demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and coach team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as budget creation and analysis software Ability to balance strategic oversight with operational execution discipline Preferred Experience Direct experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (R2R, P2P, O2C) preferred Experience aligning ERP roadmap decisions with financial close and reporting cycles Exposure to integrations, reporting tools (OTBI, Smart View, Power BI), and enterprise data environments Experience working with global teams and cross-time-zone stakeholders * PMP, Agile, or related program management certification (preferred but not required) What We Offer: At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role.
