Supports the technology, data, financial management, reporting, and analytics infrastructure for all Global Legal & Compliance practice areas, including litigation, labor and employment, compliance, privacy, commercial contracting, contract lifecycle management (CLM), intellectual property, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, supply chain, and manufacturing operations. The Manager, Legal Operations Technology, Analytics & Financial Operations is responsible for maximizing the business value of legal technology, legal data, analytics, outside counsel operations, vendor governance, eBilling administration, and legal financial management processes.
