The Director of Finance is a senior leader responsible for shaping and executing Lee Construction Group’s financial strategy. This role oversees all financial planning, budgeting, accounting, risk management, compliance, and reporting functions while serving as a key advisor to the CEO and Leadership Team. The Director of Finance ensures long‑term fiscal stability, supports sustainable growth, and leads a high‑performing accounting team.
