Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close; review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and account analyses; prepare accurate U.S. GAAP financial statements; support SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, where applicable) and multi-entity consolidations. Role Summary The Manager Finance & Accounts will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, financial close, internal controls, audits, treasury, and regulatory compliance.
