Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: blood-borne pathogen exposure; bio-hazardous waste; chemicals, gases, fumes, and vapors; communicable diseases; electrical shock; floor surfaces; hot and cold temperatures; indoor and outdoor conditions; latex; lighting; patient care and handling injuries; radiation; shift work; and travel. Operates and maintains building equipment and systems, including vacuum systems, control air systems, building air systems, emergency generators, electrical distribution systems, liquid pumping systems, steam systems, air handling systems, hot and cold water systems, natural gas systems, and fuel oil systems.
