Working independently and in close partnership with business leaders, technology executives, and risk management teams, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM), and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, as well as the coordination of related activities in partnership with the Enterprise Risk Management program. Develops, documents, and maintains emergency response procedures, ensuring clear roles, escalation paths, and decision‑making protocols are defined to support timely and effective response to incidents impacting people, facilities, or operations.
