This role partners closely with the Head of Clinical Operations, Operations Managers, clinical team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and deploy evidence-based, operationally-aligned training that supports workforce readiness, rapid product deployments, clinical competency, and a culture of continuous learning across all clinical functions. The Senior Manager of Clinical Education & Development is responsible for building, coordinating, readiness, and continuously improving the learning and development ecosystem across all four functions of Rezilient Health's clinical operations: Medics, Care Navigators, Care Managers, and Providers.
