This role applies knowledge of voice, data, mobility, internet, transport, unified communications, and managed network services to develop forecasts and cost models, validate carrier pricing, manage contract obligations, and align telecom spend with active services and approved solutions. The position partners with Network Engineering, Telecom Service Delivery, Mobility, TEM operations, Procurement, Legal, Accounts Payable, Finance, and carrier teams to support service lifecycle decisions, sourcing activities, network modernization, contract compliance, and audit-ready financial controls.
