Experience performing complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, communication techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems for the corporate operations for a major Legislative or Department of Defense (DoD) Echelon Command / Secretariat; past experience supporting a Navy or Marine Corps Command Element preferred. Job duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure project procedures and controls are followed, manage manning and staffing project efforts, and lead problem resolution efforts.

div>- At least ten (10) years of experience and a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree plus four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a Master’s; of the minimum required 10 years of experience, at least 3 years of experience must be in a business functional area with the U.S. Navy or other DoD program.
- Performs management, technical, and business case analyses and oversees the collection, organization, and interpretation of data related to IDS Division acquisition and product programs.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with division leaders, cost center managers, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance leadership to support decision-making, strengthen accountability, and improve cost discipline across the enterprise.
