JOB DESCRIPTION We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Maintenance Planner -Turnaround accountable for developing detailed turnaround plans. You will coordinate response to all breakdown events in accordance with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other staff to ensure readiness and availability and capability to minimize maintenance delays and maximize asset availability. Safety focused individuals required.Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm. 9 hrs. a day, 45 hours a week. Planner is required to work everyday, including weekends during turnarounds for both trains. (12 - 13 hrs. a day).$86k per year. Why work for Clean Harbors? <ul><li>Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!</li><li>Competitive pay and benefits</li><li>Comprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days</li><li>Group 401K program with company matching component</li><li>Opportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career</li><li>Generous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement</li></ul> RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li> Develop detailed turnaround plans, including scope of work, schedules, resource allocation, and cost estimates.</li><li>Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and other functional staff to ensure readiness and resource availability.</li><li>Plan a timetable of events and decide when and where certain events will occur</li><li>Define and document the scope of work for turnaround activities, including inspections, repairs, and modifications</li><li>Identify resource requirements including labor, parts, material, and equipment and ensure availability for scheduled turnarounds.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to secure necessary services, required training documentation and supplies.</li><li>Provide regular updates on project progress and schedule adherence.</li><li>Assess turnaround performance and identify areas for improvement in planning, execution, and closeout processes.</li><li>Maintain and document schedules, work packages, change orders, and critical repairs.</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS <ul><li>HS Diploma or equivalent </li><li>3 years on Industrial experience required</li><li>Excellent communication, organization skills </li><li>Proficiency with computer applications required</li><li>Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends when necessary</li><li>Background check, drug screen and physical- required</li><li>UPDATED RESUME REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION</li><li>Valid US DL-required</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time, including F1-OPT work authorization.</li></ul> Join our team today!
