Qualifications: • Must be 21 years of age or older • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board • Must have a bachelor's degree in the field of finance or accounting • Must have more than three years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles within the casino industry • General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operating principles is required • Experience developing financial reports, metrics, and models is required • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required • Must have extensive knowledge of systems used to process, present, and analyze data • Must have superior attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture • Must have a demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
