Champion the adoption of AI tools and automation frameworks to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and strengthen the control environment Partner with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to implement and optimise AI-enabled accounting solutions - automated reconciliations, intelligent data extraction, and anomaly detection Support the operational activities that bring new products to market Support global accounting processes and controls, with a particular focus on cost and inventory accounting Assist with month-end close, including subledger management, journal entry preparation, and balance sheet reconciliation Support internal and external audit requestsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 3+ years of accounting or finance experience in Big 4, tech, or a similar environment Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls frameworks Demonstrated ability to identify and implement processes and systems improvements Exposure to - or strong interest in - AI applications in accounting and finance, such as automating manual processes, intelligent data extraction, or predictive analytics Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain an accounting outcome to a non-accounting partner in their own language Self-starter with strong attention to detail who can still hold the big picture Eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility, C.P.A.
