This role owns the monthly SIOP cycle, drives cross-functional alignment across Sales, Programs, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, and ensures that long-range plans are feasible, data-driven, and clearly tied into executable operations plans — often navigating conflicting priorities, imperfect data, and time-constrained decisions. In addition, this role owns the progression of SIOP maturity and partners closely with data science and digital teams to design, implement, and continuously improve the planning tools, analytics platforms, and systems that enable a modern, highly automated SIOP process as the organization scales.
