ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, ranges, grills, fryers, steamers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, and food preparation equipment.• EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school training in commercial kitchen equipment repair, refrigeration, or related field preferred.•
