With primary responsibility for the quality, growth, and continued advancement of Day Services, this role develops and implements strategies that strengthen service delivery, expand opportunities, foster innovative employment supports, and ensure services remain person-centered, inclusive, and aligned with the organization's mission, strategic priorities, and regulatory requirements. Staff Oversight and Training Provide strategic leadership for the supervision and development of staff across Day Habilitation, CBDS, Employment Services, and P.O.W.E.R., ensuring teams are supported to deliver high-quality, person-centered programs aligned with New England Village’s mission and values.
