The Counsel will provide practical, business-focused legal advice on complex technology financing, leasing, asset lifecycle, and commercial transactions across the Americas and will partner closely with business leaders, sales, finance, credit, operations, and other legal colleagues to structure transactions, manage risk, and enable timely, commercially sound outcomes in a fast-paced environment. As HPE's captive financing and asset-lifecycle business, HPEFS combines flexible financing with services that help customers modernize technology environments, manage multigenerational IT estates, extend asset value, and responsibly transition end-of-use equipment.
