Oversee all regular and part-time staff, including hiring, training, and planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and motivation the staff; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Chart thoroughly all pertinent data, including but not limited to medical, health condition, physician's orders, complications related to withdrawal and general health, vital signs, medication monitoring, description of course of withdrawal, or other incidents.
