Levels, smooths, and shapes surfaces of freshly poured concrete, using straight edge, float, machine trowels, and/or power screed (Riders, Laser screeds).

We are seeking a skilled maintenance and drywall finisher to join our Maintenance team that supports a large-scale residential property portfolio consisting of approximately 1,954 occupied homes.This role is critical to maintaining high quality standards in interior wall and ceiling finishes within a fast-paced maintenance and renovation environment.
