The knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a bachelor's degree in sports, fitness, wellness, recreation, or sports management related field and a minimum of ten years of related experience in aquatic facility operations and programming and a minimum six years of full-time management experience in aquatic facilities, programs, events, fitness and related fields. Also responsible for aquatic facilities and program budget development and management, aquatic staff management, coordination of BHF marketing and sales efforts of aquatic programs and increasing profitability by focusing on inclusive multi-generational programs and access, customer service and user, member, participation growth and retention.
